Bob Earnshaw
Bob specialises in conveyancing, farming issues, will and trust drafting, tax planning and the administration of estates.
He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the internationally recognised association of professionals involved in these areas of work.
After qualification in 1968 Bob worked as
a solicitor in Manchester for 10 years. After "seeing the light"
he moved to Appleby in 1978 and has appreciated life in the Eden Valley
ever since.
He is married with two grown up daughters and enjoys
country life, walking and all types of music.

Charlotte Birtles
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and began working for Heelis Solicitors in 2005. In 2007 Charlotte became a partner in the firm.
She specialises in Conveyancing, Will and Trust drafting, Administration of Estates and farming issues.
Charlotte enjoys travelling, listening to all kinds of live music and walking in the local area.
